It is also involved in consulting services; financial assets investments; and civil and hydraulic engineering works. The company was formerly known as Enersis Chile S.A. and changed its name to Enel Chile S.A. in October 2016. Enel Chile S.A. was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Santiago, Chile. The company operates as a subsidiary of Enel SpA.
