TrendMatrix is a free, automated quantitative stock analysis tool that scores US-listed equities across multiple dimensions and generates model-based verdicts, price targets, and commentary. All content is produced by an automated model and represents algorithmic output, not human editorial judgment.

3. Not Investment Advice

TrendMatrix provides quantitative analysis and model-generated opinions for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of any financial product. TrendMatrix is not a registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, scores, verdicts, or price targets. Data is refreshed nightly and may be stale during market hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

InsightMatrix LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to investment losses based on information provided by TrendMatrix.

6. Data Sources & Attribution

Market data is provided by Alpaca Markets and Finnhub. Interactive charts are powered by TradingView. All data is used in accordance with each provider's terms of service.

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certifiedby the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Economic data from FRED is provided “as is” without warranty. FRED® is a registered trademark of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

7. Intellectual Property

The TrendMatrix scoring methodology, verdict engine, and all original content are the intellectual property of InsightMatrix LLC. You may reference and link to TrendMatrix data with attribution. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the data in bulk without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
